Bussola at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina introduces its new restaurant concept, a Mediterranean experience with, Mare by Bussola. Its newly renovated adult-only pool and beach club restaurant has all the charms of European style, with a hip vibe and sunset view from every corner. Perfect for unwinding, whether it be on the terrace or along the pool deck, the place to refuel and rejuvenate.
Following its successful launch on Friday, 19th August, Mare by Bussola now offers an Italian menu with a wide selection of delectable dishes, prepared with care and served with elegance.
From the vibrant seafood platters to the flawless burrata, fresh tomato salads, grilled jumbo prawns, and the freshest of pasta options, Chef Simone’s innovative dishes are a must try, all paired with with an extensive and delectable beverage menu – from classic Italian wines, to cocktails and soft drinks.
Decorated with a muted ocean blue and white linen, tables are positioned around an olive tree center, with an unmistakable ambiance of the Mediterranean, complete with a private entrance and valet parking, this luxe new location is guaranteed to take you on a journey to the Italian Riviera.
Lunch at Mare is daily from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, while the dinner menu is open from 6:30 pm –11:00 pm.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing meal while listening to peppy beats from DJ Goran on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
