TLS: What inspired you to create No Homme, and how does it differ from existing private members’ clubs in Dubai and beyond?

Massimo Shayegan:
The inspiration for No Homme came from the desire to create a truly unique and luxurious destination that caters to the evolving needs of UHNW individuals. Many existing private members’ clubs in Dubai focus on specific elements—whether it’s wellness, business, or socializing. What sets No Homme apart is its integration of all these elements under one roof. We offer an experience that seamlessly blends wellness, business, and leisure, ensuring that our members can meet their personal and professional needs in a highly private and exclusive environment. Our focus is on providing a destination that feels like home, offering both luxury and comfort in equal measure. No club in the world has a team comprised of the most talented hospitality individuals and the most talented wellness professionals.

TLS: You mentioned a vision of what was missing in the UAE market for UHNW individuals. Can you elaborate on what gaps you identified and how No Homme fills them?

Massimo Shayegan:
In the UAE, particularly Dubai, UHNW individuals have a multitude of options for luxury experiences, but what was truly missing was a space that could cater to the full spectrum of their needs—privacy, business, wellness, and the best in hospitality led by Piero Giglio. No Homme fills this gap by offering a holistic, all-in-one lifestyle destination which will be led by Carmelo Cannata. Our members can have a business meeting in an ultra-private setting, unwind in a world-class wellness center, and enjoy a night of entertainment—all in one location. This integration of business, wellness, and social life is what sets us apart and meets the demand for a seamless, exclusive environment for the modern elite.

TLS: No Homme is positioned as a fully integrated lifestyle destination. How did you and your co-founders approach designing a space that seamlessly blends wellness, business, and social experiences?

Massimo Shayegan:
We were fortunate to bring together three visionaries—Piero Giglio, Carmelo Cannata, and myself—each bringing a unique skill set that has shaped No Homme into the ultimate private members’ club. Piero’s deep-rooted expertise in luxury dining and hospitality, Carmelo’s unparalleled knowledge of wellness and beauty, and my background in finance and global business have combined to create a truly groundbreaking experience. From the outset, our vision for No Homme was to create a space that truly understood the dynamic needs of UHNW individuals. We wanted to ensure that each element—wellness, business, and social life—was given equal importance, while also being integrated seamlessly. We worked with the best designers and architects to create areas that cater to these needs with a high level of sophistication. The wellness area provides a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, the business zones offer privacy and convenience, and the social areas, including our exclusive dining and entertainment venues, create the perfect space for members to unwind. Each aspect of the club is designed to create a balanced lifestyle for our members.

Massimo Shayegan:

Massimo Shayegan:

TLS: How has your background influenced the vision and execution of this project?

Massimo Shayegan:
My background in hospitality and business has heavily influenced the vision for No Homme. Growing up surrounded by the principles of luxury service, I’ve always believed that true luxury isn’t just about opulence—it’s about convenience, personalization, and creating an atmosphere where people feel at home. My experience working with high-net-worth individuals has given me a deep understanding of their needs, allowing me to pinpoint what’s missing in the market and how we can bridge that gap.
However, this vision was only fully realized through the collective expertise of my partners, Piero and Carmelo. Piero’s extensive background in world-class hospitality and fine dining, combined with Carmelo’s mastery of wellness and beauty, brought invaluable depth to the project. Together, we have blended our complementary strengths to shape every aspect of No Homme—from its meticulously designed spaces to the exclusive services and curated community we are building. It’s this fusion of business insight, hospitality excellence, and wellness innovation that makes No Homme truly unique.

TLS: What kind of partnerships or collaborations can we expect within No Homme, whether in wellness, gastronomy, or business services?

Massimo Shayegan:
It’s currently early days but we will be open to a lot of exciting collaborations.
