Adaline Marks Its First Anniversary With A Studio 54 Takeover In DIFC

Dubai loves a good transformation and this November one of DIFC’s most glamorous nightspots is going all out. Adaline is celebrating its first anniversary by turning back the clock to the disco era with Adaline 54, a full venue takeover inspired by the legendary Studio 54. The celebration will run on Thursday, 20 November and also marks the official launch of the venue’s new weekly Thursday series.

In its first year, Adaline has firmly positioned itself among Dubai’s buzzy luxury dining and nightlife destinations. Known for its polished crowd, dramatic performances and celebrity sightings, the venue has hosted everyone from Roger Federer to Ronan Keating. The anniversary event is set to underscore that momentum with a night that blends nostalgia with Dubai’s appetite for spectacle.

Adaline will undergo a complete transformation for the evening. The design will reference the era of disco excess, with a spinning disco ball, glowing lights and a dance floor meant to take guests straight to New York at the height of its cultural nightlife. The night will begin with the venue’s signature dinner service, complete with its elevated menu and cocktails, before shifting into a high energy celebration as lights dim and the room transitions into a charged dance floor.

Evgeny Kuzin, often credited as one of the leading forces behind Dubai’s luxury dining and entertainment scene, has steered Adaline’s growth over the year. Under his direction the venue has leaned into a sophisticated blend of dining and cultural entertainment that resonates with Dubai’s social set. This anniversary is both a milestone and a hint at what the brand is building next, especially with the launch of a weekly Adaline 54 series set to run every Thursday.

The venue’s rapid rise mirrors the broader expansion of its parent company, Fundamental Hospitality, a home grown UAE group that has successfully exported concepts like GAIA, Shanghai Me and Alaya to major global cities. Adaline’s first year has demonstrated the continued appetite for locally created concepts that blend strong identity with international level execution.

With Adaline 54, the brand is leaning into the nostalgia driven experiences that have defined recent nightlife trends, while staying true to the luxury sensibility that put it on the map. For Dubai’s nightlife crowd, the anniversary looks set to be one of November’s standout moments and an early indicator of where the city’s next wave of experiential entertainment is headed.
