The 2024 Golden Globes saw the film and television fraternity gather to celebrate all things film and TV and marking a fabulous start to awards season. Barbie and Succession led the number of nominations this year. Barbie also took home the award for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement while Succession bagged the award for Best Drama TV Series. Highly- acclaimed Oppenheimer won the award for Best Motion Picture — Drama, and Cillian Murphy bagged the award for Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture for his performance in the movie. Other winners include Ayo Edebiri, Jeremy Allen White, Kieran Culkin, and Sarah Snook for their performances in The Bear and Succession respectively.
This year’s red carpet saw a range of stunning looks from attendees, with a range of exquisite sartorial creations. Notable looks included creations from Schiaparelli (Dua Lipa, Carey Mulligan), Prada (Hunter Schafer), Prabal Gurung (Sarah Snook), Gucci (Taylor Swift), Dior (Natalie Portman, Rosamund Pike), Louis Vuitton (Colman Domingo), among others. Margot Robbie’s all-pink, Barbie-themed Giorgio Armani Privé ensemble was also a standout from the night.
