Sfumato’s New Dinner Menu Reimagines Classic Fine Dining

Beloved gastro-atelier Sfumato’s 2024 dinner menu is an exciting combination of classic and contemporary dishes. The new offerings are emblematic of Sfumato’s new-wave dining and promise a unique lineup of flavors. With their sophisticated take on everyday dining, each dish exudes elegance through its flavors and its presentation. From creative reimaginations of classic dishes, the new menu highlights how familiar and homely flavors can be reimagined as fine-dining statement dishes.

With signature house dishes like the Rabbit Caramelle served with crispy sage topped with a creamy sage butter sauce, the new menu also features unconventional creations such as the – Dutch Milk-fed Veal Schnitzel with a fruity chard pineapple salsa, paired with an earthy mushroom sauce. Chef recommendations include the Baked Artichoke with warm butter under starters, while mains feature dishes like the Carabineros Orzo on Lobster Bisque with Oscietra caviar, or the Filet Mignon with truffle potato gratin and escalope foie gras. The dessert options feature vibrant dishes like the Mango Pavlova with coconut sorbet and passion fruit sauce. Alongside these exciting new dishes, the classic Sfumato favorites are still part of the menu. From the Cauliflower Risotto with Oscietra caviar and scallops to the Elderflower Basque cheesecake with Blueberry compote and Elderflower sauce.

This new menu is the intersection of art and fine dining, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients to artistic plating and is a fresh and innovative take on everyday fine dining. Sfumato is located in the ME Hotel, in the Opus Tower designed by Zaha Hadid, and the new dinner menu is available throughout the week.
