Our Favorite Looks from Milan Fashion Week SS’23

Milan Fashion week is all about luxury, glamour and extravagance. The best looks from Spring/Summer 2023 are here to inspire you into creating timeless fashion. Day wear, evening wear and statement pieces to include in your closet this season.  From the runways of Milan and hopefully to be seen soon on the streets of Dubai, Doha and other GCC cities, here are our favorite looks from the season that are worth raving over.

Gucci

Paying homage to his twin mums, Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele introduced the Gucci Twinberg collection stating that they were “able to comprehend life only through the presence of the other”

With 68 pairs of identical twins strutting through the runway, this collection embedded the brand’s eccentric styling and over the top accessories. We see the re-emergence of the iconic equestrian bag from its 1981 collection incorporated into multiple looks.

Gremlin artwork stitched onto luxury silk, matching two-piece sets, tiger stripes and a multiplicity of fabrics. The Twinsburg collection is truly a celebration of the brand’s rich history.

Fendi

For its Women’s Spring/Summer ’23 collection, Fendi displayed some of its best looks yet at the Milan Fashion Week. Through a modern perspective, Creative Director, Kim Jones talks about the collection being continuity. “…I’m interested in looking at things that Karl has done, and seeing how we can develop them” he says.

From layers of organza, fur, sleek satin with mesh, embellished jersey, neutral hues and a bold pop of color, there was definitely something for everyone!

It was a celebration of beauty, glamour and the best of Italian art.
